Houses for sale will now list accessibility features
Realtors are now required to include accessibility information on house listings in Nova Scotia. It's all thanks to advocate Gerry Post, who had trouble finding an accessible home for his daughter. The CBC's Elizabeth Chiu reports.

Sharks can’t read signs. I bet they don’t work.
oh yes! Love lives on - beautiful!
I live in Inverness three years ago we had our first ever shark attack there are a lot of seals out in golf of Saint Lawrence
Sharks can golf?! Who knew?
Comcast Cable & Fast Internet= $270 a month. People are disgusted, I hope IPTV services bankrupt ALL cable companies. These cable companies have been raping customers for so many years. Cut the cord already, 🖕 Cable TV!
I spoke with these clowns months ago. We walked into their offices in Burnside which they were very surprised at. We were brought into an office which..... Had super weird photos on the wall, a mini bar with alcohol and about 50k $ in cash sitting on the desk. The money sat there during the entire time.... Super sketchy from the get go They gave a price of 10k. My neighbors just today spoke with a rep from these guys and gave them a price of 15k and we're "time share" pushy. We met with 3 other companies where all were priced around 3500 to 4k.
I remember my daughter calling me because they stopped her bus going up Robie street and she had to walk to work. A little scary for any pedestrians walking in the area.
Shame, thats why im leaving N.S
this is because they can profit from all Canadian foreign tourists or new residents visiting this due to Swiss 111. All about money . They should keep it original and unique. Nobody should change that area, that is my opinon
Thats the power of the 80s to bring it back the 80s lifestyle to life again.
Being a watcher sounds like something that I might want to think about doing!
Kompliment !! Tochter wie der Vater einfach nur wunderschön
This made my heart smile!☺️
Maybe it's an attempt at a direct pipeline into their already established residency programs
" nah, nah, get that out of your god dam head", ...... That's a commitment in the shape of a boat anchor.
So what’s her solution?
in 2 days it will be 40 days since eclipse.
WTF, lady is complaining that there are not enough doctors, so lets train less doctors?
I remember back in the day, when vacuums were sold door to door, training included a tricky tactic of making the vaccum look like it sucked up way more than it ever would or could.
One thing that the Indians have to offer is free tv i pay 150 a year and dont regret it one bit free sports free movies free tv i used to pay 80 bucks a month for rogers cable and still would have to pay extra so see the hockey game or basketball... My mom gets to watch her reality tv everyone in my house enjoys this i know i could even be getting these services cheaper but i dont mind supporting a small business owner who is giving a service to working people like me and you.
Hire retired doctors to teach at medical school.
They are unlikely to be current on the best practices, especially as they are retired.
@@Matt-fl8uy you don't think they keep up on current techniques?
Increase the Legal size, NO! Vee knotch, maybe. Return over 10LB lobster possibly. But larger keepers? Will just cause an excessive cost increase
As a lobster fishier man, talk to us instead of pushing stewpid unlocgical rules
Eat now once, or make change eat forever. Except climate change is sorting things differently- carbon tax and declining fisheries. Hot water means no lobster
Understanding the reproduction cycles makes it an easy choice
Never heard of the place.
The problem is that housing is a provincial responsibility and city residents are getting tired of paying taxes that municipalities are spending on housing. Also, more and more money is being spent on homeless problem with little to no success in reducing or eliminating the homeless crisis.
3:55 Hope Bob got to retire! It was Canada Bread in 2005.
it didn't last long. The NOAA anomaly charts shows the SST's off Nova Scotia as being 2F above normal now. It's been 50+ years since the artic currents flowed passed Nova Scotia. I wouldn't want that to happen again.
My drapes flew in my place and I thought it was the bloody cannons at the citadel.
Climate change predictions seems like throwing darts while on a choppy boat ride
Unless there is a little girl selling cookies, I just turn all door to door sales people away and play dumb that I am not the owner of the house and just say I am a renter.
These people call my mom. It’s all around the country.
We've had them here for a long time, people are just becoming more aware. Jaws was set in cape cod, thats not far from Nova Scotia. I just worry, shark tours and such will make them less weary and lead to attacks
Yeah, nothing worse than a tired shark.
Best fries in the HRM!!
If something has value.. you shouldn't have to push the product that hard.. too good to be true and all
It happend about a month ago along Robie street by the shoppers. They building new buildings there. Ibsaw the smoke from Clayton park.

HaHa vehicle safety what a joke. It’s all about $$$$ for the NS Government, they should worry about fixing the roads instead of this money grab. Today’s vehicle’s should not have to be inspected every two years.
Brilliant❣️
SMART METERS. I OPTED OUT. MY POWER BILL WENT UP ABOUT 30 BUCKS. SEEMS LIKE IT IS EVERYONE WHO GOT THE NEW ONES. WE REFUSED.
Haha new vehicles are more garbage then old.
The more units on the market the better
We miss Shirley at our monthly hook ins. She is a wonderful person and a wonderful rug hooker.
good science!!!

A friend of mine once said after visiting “it’s a lighthouse and some rocks, get over it”.
"One fish, two fish, red fish blue fish." 🐟
Some friends of mine did this 20 years ago in Hamilton. We learned some stuff. Don't listen to the haters, they never accomplished anything.
Good lord 😂
ANYONE is better than career politicians or wealthy elites
